Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AprilOS, ecommerce operations software operated by Slated Labs. By using AprilOS, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

AprilOS provides connector-based order, product, inventory visibility, fulfilment workflow, accounting, advertising, and reporting features. Features may remain in testing or change as connected platforms and AprilOS develop.

You must provide accurate information, protect account access, and use AprilOS only for organisations and platform accounts you are authorised to operate. Organisation administrators are responsible for member access and activity.

You choose which third-party platforms to connect and authorise AprilOS to access them. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's terms. You are responsible for products, campaigns, customer relationships, fulfilment decisions, and legal obligations associated with your accounts.

You must not access another organisation without permission, bypass security controls, misuse platform APIs, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, or use AprilOS for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

You retain ownership of data you provide or authorise AprilOS to process. You grant Slated Labs permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support AprilOS and meet legal or platform obligations.

We work to keep AprilOS reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Connected platforms may change or restrict their services. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, compatibility, or service quality.

Slated Labs and its licensors retain all rights in AprilOS, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as intended.

You may stop using AprilOS and disconnect platforms at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for security threats, unlawful activity, material breach, platform requirements, or risk to other users. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.

AprilOS is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Slated Labs is not responsible for third-party platform outages, merchant decisions, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
