Data Deletion

Organisation administrators can disconnect a connected platform from AprilOS organisation settings. This stops future authorised access. Removing a connection also removes its stored connector credentials.

Email privacy@aprilos.app from the email address associated with your AprilOS account. Include your organisation name, connected platform, and the information you want deleted. Never send passwords, access tokens, or payment details.

We may verify your identity, organisation membership, and authority before processing a request. This protects merchant and customer information from unauthorised deletion.

We will confirm the request, remove eligible information from active systems, and explain any information retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or required audit purposes. We complete requests within timeframes required by applicable law and platform terms.

For information obtained through Meta, request deletion using the same email process. Disconnecting Meta prevents future authorised retrieval. We will delete eligible Meta Platform Data associated with the verified organisation and connection.
