Privacy Policy

AprilOS is ecommerce operations software operated by Slated Labs. This policy explains how we handle information when merchants and their authorised team members use AprilOS.

We process account details, organisation membership, support communications, and information merchants authorise us to retrieve from connected ecommerce, accounting, and advertising platforms.

This can include orders, customer contact and delivery details, products, inventory, fulfilment records, platform account identifiers, campaigns, ads, creative information, advertising spend, performance metrics, and connected Pixel or dataset identifiers.

When a merchant connects Meta, AprilOS uses authorised Platform Data to show connected ad accounts, campaigns, spending, results, conversion activity, and related business assets in the merchant's workspace. We use this data only to provide requested features, maintain the connection, secure the service, and support the merchant.

We use information to operate synchronisation and reporting, display authorised records, maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot support issues, improve the service, and meet legal or platform obligations. We do not sell personal information or use merchant customer data for unrelated advertising.

We share information only with service providers needed to run AprilOS, connected platforms at the merchant's direction, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Service providers may include hosting, database, authentication, monitoring, and background-processing providers. They may process information only for the contracted service.

Access is limited to authenticated users in an authorised merchant organisation. Connector credentials are encrypted before storage, data is transmitted over HTTPS, and production access is restricted to operational and security needs. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information while needed to provide AprilOS, maintain required operational or security records, and meet legal or platform obligations. Disconnecting a platform stops future authorised access but may not immediately remove records already needed for merchant operations. See our data deletion instructions to request removal.

Depending on applicable law, merchants and individuals may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion. Merchants remain responsible for responding to their customers' requests where AprilOS acts as their service provider.

Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

AprilOS is a business service and is not intended for children under 18.

We may update this policy as AprilOS changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date.
